My laboratory is dedicated to unravelling the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying liver cancer and hepatitis. Currently, my laboratory focuses on integrated functional genomics of liver cancer, employing genome-scale technologies in conjunction with clinical translational studies. Using cutting-edge molecular techniques, including genomics, transcriptomics, and single-cell analysis, my lab aims to characterize cancer heterogeneity, elucidate key signaling pathways, and identify novel targets. My research integrates genomics and genetics with functional molecular analysis, utilizing in vivo pre-clinical animal models and patient-derived tumor xenografts to investigate the molecular mechanisms driving liver cancer. Ultimately, I hope to translate these findings into clinical applications for early detection, diagnosis, prognosis, and patient stratification to advance precision oncology.
